Knowing our market has been one of our greatest advantages, as the owner, I'm not the only one who has a passion for this whole thing. Our team members aren't just looking for a 9-5 job to pay the bills, they are well known DJs, dancers, and promoters who have a real love and passion for the music and for the people who are involved in the scene. Our passion has given us a distinct advantage over our competitors, because we connect with our customers on a level that no one else can. This has allowed us to more than double in size every single year since we started selling online in 2007.
Even with our current success we know there is a lot of room for improvement. Our company has been in a constant state of progression; we learn new things every day and try to incorporate them into our business. We understand that all aspects of the business affect each other and we have been making small improvements across the board to make our business even better.
Still, we know there are a few things that we could use help with; our site graphics and designs are a little dated, there is a lot of custom coding that could to be done, customer tracking is not used effectively, inventory management could use some improvement, fielding reviews, and increased customer communication are all areas that can be improved upon in order to make our business and the website more successful. Creating a partnership with someone who has a proven track record would put us on course to become something even more spectacular. With a little help we can definitly create "better ecommerce - through science!"
