WHAT IS THE ECOMMERCE ECONOMIC DEFENSE INITIATIVE (EEDI) CONTEST?
Brand Labs, Inc. created the Ecommerce Economic Defense Initiative to recognize and and reward growing businesses and to assist them by providing the means to help maximize the economic impact of their online presence, or to create an online presence from scratch. A panel of ecommerce specialists, selected by the contest Organizer, in Organizers sole discretion will pick two winners. The Winners will be chosen based upon the overall quality of their submission, however, one of the factors considered by the panel of ecommerce specialists is the number of social votes a submission receives.

EEDI Contest Entrants Region Requirements
Contest is open to legal residents of the continental United States, and any legal business entity operating within the continental United States and validly existing and governed by the laws of any state located in the continental United States, at the time of entry.
Important EEDI Contest Dates
EEDI Contest Start Date: June 28, 2012 at or about 12:01pm (EST)
EEDI Entry Period: commences June 28, 2012 at or about 12:01pm (EST) and remains open through November 16, 2012 @ 11:59pm (EST)
EEDI Social Voting Period: commences November 17, 2012 at or about 12:01pm (EST) and remains open through November 30, 2012 @ 12:01pm (EST); see below for details on voting.
Announcement of EEDI Winners: winners will be announced on or about December 12, 2012, and, the winners will be notified by email or by phone on or about December 12, 2012.
EEDI Winners and Prizes
There will be two (2) winners, one of which will be an established business that is already operating on the Volusion ecommerce platform, and the other winner will be an existing business that is NOT operating on Volusion, but wishes to switch. Each winner will receive $25,000 worth of Brand Labs, Inc.s services, which must be redeemed by the winners within one (1) year from the date on which the winners are formally announced. In addition to the $25,000.00 worth of Brand Labs, Incs services, each winner will receive all the following: (a) one (1) year of Volusion Gold Level Service ($1188.00 value), to be provided by Volusion, (b) one (1) year Volusion Pro SSL Certificate ($79.00 value) to be provided by Volusion, (c) one (1) year Grasshopper Grow Level Phone Service ($588.00 value), to be provided by Grasshopper, (d) one (1) year of PowerReviews Express Platinum Level Service ($3,588.00 value), to be provided by Power Reviews, (e) one (1) year of AutoResponderMax Plus Level Service ($588.00 value), to be provided by AutoResponderMax, and (f) one (1) year of Olark Platinum level live chat service ($1,392.00 value), to be provided by Olark. The total value of the services awarded to each winner under the Contest is $32,423.00, AND THE PRIZES MAY NOT BE REDEEMED FOR CASH; THEY MUST BE RECEIVED IN SERVICE. The Organizer shall be entitled to substitute the additional prizes listed herein for good cause, and such substituted services must be comparable in quality and value.
Number of Entries
Any eligible individual, firm, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, or other business entity may submit a entry.
Number of votes
1 per day, per individual, firm, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, or other business entity, whether the same is a Contest entrant/participant, or a non-contest- participant member of the general public, and, only one EEDI Contest entry may be voted upon per day.
EEDI Contest Entrant Eligibility Requirements
Any existing individual, firm, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, or other business entity, whose business operations include but are not limited to retail, wholesale, manufacturing, and/or personal service, whether the same operates an on- line business only, a brick & mortar, or a combination of both, is eligible to enter the Contest.
EEDI CONTEST SPECIFICATIONS AND RULES
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY, AND A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND BY A CONTEST ENTRANT WILL NOT INCREASE HIS/HER/ITS CHANCES OF WINNING.
In these Official Contest Rules ("Rules"), the following terms have the meanings set out below. In addition, other capitalized terms have the meaning so given to them, otherwise terms and words shall be given their generally accepted meaning within the context in which the same are used. "Administrator" means Brand Labs, Inc. "Contest" means the Ecommerce Economic Defense Initiative Contest (also referred to herein as the EEDI Contest and/or the Contest). "Contest Facilitators" means, collectively, the Administrator, the Organizer and any additional sponsors arranged by the Organizer, in Organizers sole discretion; Contest Requirements means the guidelines, criteria, terms, and conditions with which the entrants must comply, as expressly and specifically described and set forth in this EEDI Contest Summary; Contest Site means the official contest website established by the Organizer, specifically, www.EcommerceDefense.com, and the Organizers EEDI contest Facebook page with a voting application. "Contest Summary" means this document and all of its terms and conditions; "Organizer" means Brand Labs Inc., the business entity that created the EEDI, organized the EEDI Contest, and is the EEDI Contest primary sponsor; Prizes means the two prizes to be awarded under the EEDI Contest, specifically, there will be two prize winners who will each receive: $25,000 worth of Brand Labs Inc.s services, which must be redeemed by the winners within one (1) year from the date on which the winners are formally announced. The Contest is FREE to enter and open to all individuals, firms, corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, or other business entity, who/which is a legal resident of the continental United States, or business entity formed under, operating within, and governed by the laws of any state(s) in the continental United States, and, as to an individual, a person who has reached the age of 18 at the time of their entry in the EEDI Contest, who is operating an existing business. It is the Entrants responsibility to ensure that the Entrant is legally eligible to enter the EEDI Contest under any laws applicable to Entrant in Entrants specific jurisdiction of residence, operations, or otherwise. The employees, officers, directors, partners, and/or members of the Contest Facilitators, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and other household members of each such employee, officer, director, partner, and/or member are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The Contest is void outside the Region specified, and also where otherwise prohibited by applicable federal, state, or local laws, rules or regulations.
Agreement to Official Rules
By participating in the EEDI Contest, an Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to accept and abide by all terms, criteria, rules, regulations, and any other condition set forth in this EEDI Content Summary, and the decisions of the Organizer and/or Administrator and the panel of specialists selected by the Organizer. By submitting its entry in the Consent, the Contest Entrant hereby acknowledges, understands and agrees that all decisions made by the Organizer, Administrator and/or the panel of specialists selected by the Organizer are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. An Entrant is not eligible to receive a Prize if he/she/it has not complied with all rules, regulations, terms, conditions and obligations set forth in this EEDI Consent Summary. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The Organizer is responsible for ensuring the Contest complies with all laws in all jurisdictions where the Contest is offered. CONTESTS ARE VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
EEDI Contest Period
The Contest opens on the date and time specified above in the EEDI Contest Summary, and ends on the date and time specified above in the EEDI Contest Summary (the "Contest Period"). The Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.
How to Enter
To enter the EEDI Contest, complete the registration form on the EEDI Contest Site with answers to all required questions. Next, follow the directions specified for the Contest in the EEDI Contest Summary during the Contest Period. Entrants must register for a EEDI account or login with a valid Facebook account in order to participate in the Contest. Entrants must then provide an entry ("Entry") that fulfills the Contest Requirements ("Contest Requirements"), as specified in this Contest Summary. Entrants who do not include all required information and/or Entrants who do not comply with all of the rules, criteria, terms, conditions, and obligations of the EEDI Contest Summary are not eligible to win a Prize, and such entries/submissions will be considered VOID. The Organizer, Administrator, Contest Facilitators, and other Sponsors are not responsible for lost, misdirected or incomplete Contest Entries. The Organizer, in its sole discretion, determines if an Entry meets the EEDI Contest Requirements and otherwise complies with the rules, criteria, terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this EEDI Contest Summary.
Terms of Submission
An Entrant may submit as many entries in the EEDI Contest as is specified in this EEDI Contest Summary. An Entrant may delete his/her/its Entry at anytime. BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, AN ENTRANT HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES, AGREES AND UNDERSTANDS THAT PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST SUBJECTS THE ENTRY TO PUBLIC SOCIAL VOTING.
RIGHTS GRANTED BY ENTRANT
BY ENTERING THIS CONTEST, THE ENTRANT AGREES AND HEREBY GRANTS UNTO THE ADMINISTRATOR, ORGANIZER, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE LICENSEES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS THE RIGHT TO USE ALL OR A PART OF ENTRANT’S ENTRY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE ENTRANT’S NAME AND ADDRESS (CITY AND STATE), THE NAMES, LIKENESSES, PHOTOGRAPHS, VOICES AND IMAGES OF ALL PERSONS APPEARING IN THE ENTRY ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD AND IN PERPETUITY, FOR THEIR FUTURE ADVERTISING, TRADE, PROMOTION, PUBLICITY AND OTHER BUSINESS, AND IN ANY MANNER AND IN ANY MEDIUM NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER DEVISED THROUGHOUT THE WORLD, IN PERPETUITY, WITHOUT COMPENSATION AND WITHOUT NOTICE TO ENTRANT AND WITHOUT CONSIDERATION, REVIEW, OR APPROVAL FROM ENTRANT, AND ENTRANT AGREES HE/SHE/IT WILL NOT NOW, OR IN THE FUTURE, BE PAID FOR HIS/HER/ITS ENTRY OR FOR GRANTING THE ADMINISTRATOR AND ORGANIZER ANY OF THE RIGHTS SO GRANTED HEREUNDER. ENTRANTS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE CONTEST WINNERS, SHALL, UPON ORGANIZER’S REQUEST, SIGN A SEPARATE WRITTEN RELEASE GRANTING ORGANIZER THE RIGHTS SO SPECIFIED HEREUNDER.
ENTRANT’S REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, AN ENTRANT REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS THAT HIS/HER/ITS ENTRY IN ITS ENTIRETY IS AN ORIGINAL WORK BY ENTRANT, AND THAT ENTRANT HAS NOT INCLUDED UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY CONTENT, SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WRITING, POETRY, TEXT, GRAPHICS, ARTWORK, LOGOS, PHOTOGRAPHS, TRADEMARKS, THE LIKENESS OF ANY THIRD PARTY, MUSICAL RECORDINGS, CLIPS OF VIDEOS, TELEVISION PROGRAMS, FILMS, DOCUMENTARIES, MOTION PICTURES OR ANY COPYRIGHTED AND/OR TRADEMARK PROTECTED MATERIALS, IN, OR IN CONNECTION WITH, HIS/HER/ITS CONTEST ENTRY. BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, ENTRANT HEREBY WARRANTS AND REPRESENTS THAT HIS/HER/ITS ENTRY AND THE USE THEREOF BY THE ADMINISTRATOR, ORGANIZER, CONTEST FACILITATORS, OR OTHER SPONSORS, OR, THE EXERCISE BY THE ORGANIZER AND/OR ADMINISTRATOR OF ANY OF THE RIGHTS GRANTED BY ENTRANTS PURSUANT TO THIS EEDI CONTEST SUMMARY, DO NOT AND WILL NOT VIOLATE, BREACH, AND/OR UNLAWFULLY INFRINGE UPON ANY OF THE RIGHTS AND CONTRACTS OF ANY THIRD PARTY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PATENT, COPYRIGHT, TRADEMARK, TRADE SECRET, DEFAMATION, PRIVACY, PUBLICITY, FALSE LIGHT, MISAPPROPRIATION, CONFIDENTIALITY, OR ANY OTHER CONTRACTUAL RIGHTS OF WHATSOEVER KIND OR NATURE, AND, ENTRANT WARRANTS AND REPRESENTS THAT HE/SHE/IT HAS ALL THE RIGHTS, LICENSES, PERMISSIONS, AUTHORIZATIONS, AND CONSENTS NECESSARY TO SUBMIT THE ENTRY AND TO GRANT ALL OF THE RIGHTS SO GRANTED BY ENTRANT PURSUANT TO THE TERMS OF THIS CONTEST SUMMARY; ALL PERSONS WHO WERE ENGAGED BY ENTRANT TO WORK ON THE ENTRY, WHO APPEAR IN THE ENTRY IN ANY MANNER, OR HAVE CONTRIBUTED TO THE ENTRY IN ANY MANNER, HAVE GIVEN ENTRANT THEIR WRITTEN CONSENT TO SUBMIT THE ENTRY WITHOUT CLAIMS FOR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND, AND HAVE PROVIDED WRITTEN PERMISSION TO INCLUDE THEIR NAMES, LIKENESSES, IMAGES, WORKS, OR PICTURES, IN OR WITH THE ENTRY, AND, IF A MINOR, WHO IS NOT ENTRANT’S CHILD, IS USED IN ANY ENTRY IN ANY MANNER, ENTRANT MUST HAVE THE PERMISSION OF THE MINOR’S PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN, AND ENTRANT MAY BE REQUESTED BY THE CONTEST FACILITATORS, ADMINISTRATOR, ORGANIZER, OR OTHER SPONSORS, TO PROVIDE SUCH PERMISSION IN WRITING. ENTRANT, BY SUBMISSION OF ITS ENTRY, DOES ACKNOWLEDGE THAT HE/SHE/IT HAS READ, UNDERSTOOD, ACCEPTED AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS EEDI CONTEST SUMMARY AND THE ADMINISTRATOR’S TERMS OF SERVICE SET OUT AT www.EcommerceDefense.com , IF ANY, AND AS THEY MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME.
The Organizer will provide the Prize(s) to be awarded for the Contest. No substitution of a Prize will be made unless the Organizer, in its sole discretion, determines otherwise, as provided above in this Contest Summary. A Prize must be accepted as awarded.
The winner(s) of the Prize(s) will be selected, as specified in this Contest Summary, from all eligible Entries properly submitted. The Entrants selected as winners will be notified by the phone or email address provided by Entrant on Entrant’s Registration Form. If an Entrant winner does not respond to the phone or email winner notification within three (3) days of such notification, an alternate winner will be selected by the panel of specialists selected by Organizer to receive the Prize. All decisions in the selection of the winners by the panel of specialists selected by the Organizer, are final and binding on all Entrants, in all matters relating to the Contest.
To Redeem Prize
Except where prohibited, a winner (or his/her parent/legal guardian if the winner is legally deemed a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, i.e. at least 18 but under some other legally specified age as defined in such jurisdiction) shall be required to execute and return to the Organizer within ten (10) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, an Eligibility, Declaration of Compliance with the Contest Summary, and Liability, Indemnification & Publicity Release Form (“Declaration and Release Form”) in order to claim the Prize; said “Declaration and Release Form” to be provided by Organizer at the time of Organizer’s notice to a winner, by email. A Prize is personal to the winner and is non-transferable. If a winner cannot be contacted, or fails to execute and return the “Declaration and Release Form” within the required time period , or, if the Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the winner forfeits the Prize. Acceptance of any Prize shall constitute and signify the winner's agreement and consent that the Contest Facilitators, Administrator and Organizer may use the winner's name, photo, city, state, likeness, Entry and Prize information in connection with the Contest, worldwide, including on the internet, without limitation and without further payment or consideration, except where otherwise prohibited by law. Each winner (or his/her parent/guardian if the winner is legally deemed a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, i.e. at least 18 but under some other legally specified age as defined in such jurisdiction) is and shall be responsible for all taxes and fees associated with receipt of the Prize, and shall hold harmless, indemnify and defend Administrator and Organizer from and against any and all liability therefrom.
Online voting begins and ends as stated in the EEDI Contest Summary (the "Voting Period"). Anyone who registers on the EEDI Contest Site can vote for his/her/its favorite Entry, or the Entry that best meets the judging criteria during the Voting Period. The Contest Facilitators have the right, in their sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Contest, including the right to void votes, including, but not limited to, for the following reasons: multiple votes from the same user from different IP addresses, or from different email addresses; fraudulent entry votes (using a redirect link, a disguised link, a fraudulent link, etc.); technical malfunction of servers or internet connection; user(s) recanting their own votes; technical or content upgrades that render votes incompatible or inconsistent; and inappropriate conduct in promoting votes (spam, harassment, etc.).
The Contest Facilitators have the right to verify your eligibility and compliance with the rules, criteria, obligations, terms and conditions of this EEDI Contest Summary, and to disqualify an Entrant on the basis of their investigation. An Entrant should direct any request to access, update, or correct his/her/its personal information to Administrator. An Entrant may not use any other device or artifice to submit more than one (1) vote per day. If an Entrant uses fraudulent Entry methods, or otherwise attempts to vote with multiple e-mail and/or street addresses under multiple identities, the Entrant will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the person who made the Entry. For the purposes of this Contest Summary, the authorized account holder is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.
Nothing contained in this Contest Summary shall be construed to:
(i) give any party the power to direct and control the day-to-day activities of the other; (ii) constitute the parties as partners, joint venturers, principal and agent, employer and employee, co-owners or entrants in a joint undertaking; or (iii) allow Entrant to create or assume any obligation on behalf of the Organizer.
By entering the Contest, Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to, and does thereby accept, all rules, criteria, obligations, terms and conditions of this EEDI Contest Summary, and the decisions of the Contest Facilitators, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Contest. Contest Facilitators reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Contest at any time (subject to approval of any regulatory body having jurisdiction), if it is determined that the Contest cannot be run as originally planned or if fraud or any other occurrence compromises the fairness or integrity of the Contest. Entrants understand and agree that this Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, and any comments, questions or concerns regarding the Contest shall be directed to the Contest Facilitators and not to Facebook.
The Contest Facilitators are not responsible for human error, theft, destruction, or damage to Entries or other factors beyond its reasonable control. Entrants assume all risk of damaged, lost, late, incomplete, invalid, incorrect or misdirected Entries. The Contest Facilitators make no warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in connection with its ability to, in any way, enable, develop or market the idea set forth in your Entry. The Contest Facilitators shall not be liable to a winner, or any other person, for failure to supply the Prize or any part thereof, by reason of the Prize becoming, for reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Contest Facilitators, unavailable or impracticable to award, or, for any force majeure event, technical or equipment failure, terrorist acts, labor dispute, or act/omission of any kind (whether legal or illegal), transportation interruption, civil disturbance, or any other cause similar or dissimilar beyond the Organizer’s control. The Organizer and Administrator, and their employees, officers, directors, members, agents, contractors, representatives, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, resellers, dealers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and Facebook, Inc. (the “Released Parties”) shall not assume any responsibility whatsoever for any of the following: delayed, failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions; technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, internet, or other connections; the availability, accessibility, technical failure or miscommunications of computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions; the incorrect or inaccurate capture or failure to capture information whether caused by Contest Site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, network or otherwise arising out of or relating to the Contest; theft, loss, destruction or damage to an Entry in whole or in part; and other factors beyond the Contest Facilitator’s reasonable control. The Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to Entrant’s, or to any other person’s, computer, related to, or resulting from, Entrant’s participation in the Contest, or Entrant’s downloading materials from, or use of, the Contest Site.
ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE CONTEST SITE, OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE ORGANIZER AND ADMINISTRATOR RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, AND TO DISQUALIFY ENTRANT FROM THE CONTEST.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE
BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, ENTRANT AGREES THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND ENTRANT SHALL RELEASE, FOREVER DISCHARGE, INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND DEFEND THE RELEASED PARTIES (THE CONTEST FACILITATORS), THEIR SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, HEIRS, EXECUTORS, AND REPRESENTATIVES, FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, DEMANDS, OR CAUSES OF ACTION, OF ANY KIND OR NATURE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LEGAL AND EQUITABLE CAUSES OF ACTION FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, OR DAMAGES, OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, TO PERSONS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FOR DISABILITY OR DEATH, AND DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, NOW OR IN THE FUTURE, FROM THE DELIVERY, ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE, ANY AND ALL USE AS PROVIDED HEREIN OF YOUR ENTRY, OR PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST, AND/OR ANY RELATED CONTEST. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING ON THE CONTEST SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IN WHICH CASE, SUCH LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION SHALL APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE LAW IN THE RELEVANT JURISDICTION.
Choice of Law
These Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, as applicable herein, without reference to conflicts of laws principles. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action with the Contest Facilitators arising out of or connected with this Contest, other than the determination or validity of claims, shall be resolved individually, and exclusively by arbitration under the American Arbitration Association, in accordance with its rules, as amended from time to time. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Contest, but in no event attorney’s fees.
You hereby waive all rights to:
(i) claim or be awarded any punitive, direct, indirect, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; and
(ii) to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

Refer-A-Friend $500 American Express Gift Card Giveaway
Any individual, firm, corporation, limited liability company, partnership or other business entity, that is eligible to enter the EEDI Contest, as defined in this EEDI Contest Summary (hereinafter referred to as “the business”), whether the business enters the EEDI Contest or not, will be entered in the Organizer’s “Refer-A-Friend $500.00 American Express Gift Card Giveaway”, IF the business successfully refers an email address to the EEDI Contest Organizer’s referral page, of another individual, firm, corporation, limited liability company, partnership or other business entity which would also be eligible to enter the EEDI Contest, as defined in the EEDI Contest Summary; the referred business will also be entered in the “Refer-A-Friend $500.00 American Express Gift Card Giveaway”. Accordingly, the business does not need to be an entrant in the EEDI Contest in order to enter the “Refer-A-Friend Giveaway” . The winner of the “Refer-A-Friend Giveaway” will be chosen randomly, through “RandomPicker” online service, from all valid entries. The winner will receive one (1) $500.00 American Express Gift card, to be delivered by the EEDI Contest Organizer via “Egift card” delivery. Entry period ends 11:59 PM EST on November 16, 2012. There will only be one (1) winner, and therefore only one (1) $500.00 American Express gift card given away, and the winner shall not be entitled to redeem the gift card in cash from the EEDI Contest Organizer. The random selection of the winner shall take place not later than 30 days after the date on which the entry period for the “Refer-A-Friend Giveaway” ends (November 16, 2012). EEDI Contest Summary to Control
In the event of any conflict between the terms, conditions, rules, criteria and obligations contained in this EEDI Contest Summary, and the terms and conditions set forth in writing and otherwise published on the Contest Site regarding the Contest, including, but not limited to, an “FAQ”, the terms, conditions, rules, criteria and obligations of this EEDI Contest Summary shall control.
